All About Ms. Leslie

I'm so happy you found our new Smyrna Stars Music page!

One of my favorite things about teaching is getting to know each and every one of my marvelous music students so why not share a few things about myself as well...

I am originally from Gainesville, Georgia, which just happens to be the poultry (chicken) capital of the WORLD!  I went to McEver Elementary, West Hall Middle, and West Hall High School.  I started playing the piano when I was in 3rd grade and was a member of Chorus from 6th-12th grade.  I also did musical theatre and my favorite role was "Kim" from the show "Bye, Bye Birdie."

I attended Shorter College and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and then earned my Master's Degree in Music Education from The University of Georgia.  Go DAWGS!!
